About school

I teach in colleges in evening time and in my house the good taste of the italian cooking, very well known all over the world. my specialities are pizza and pasta. I prepare my egg hand made pasta like tagliatelle, lasagne, tortelloni, tortellini, typical of Modena/Bologna where I come from. I'm doing also gluten free courses with italian dishes like risotto, polenta, and the 100 faces of potatoes.
